Using federation shares

Federacinis bendrinimas leidžia prijungti failų bendrinimo aplankus iš nuotolinių „Nextcloud“ serverių, iš esmės sukuriant savo „Nextcloud“ debesį. Galite kurti tiesiogines bendrinimo nuorodas su naudotojais kituose „Nextcloud“ serveriuose.

Creating a new federation share

Federacinis bendrinimas įjungtas naujuose arba atnaujintuose „Nextcloud“ diegimuose pagal numatytuosius nustatymus. Norėdami sukurti naują bendrinimą su kitais „Nextcloud“ arba „ownCloud“ 9+ serveriais, atlikite šiuos veiksmus:

  1. Eikite į puslapį „Failai“ ir spustelėkite piktogramą Bendrinti ties failu ar katalogu, kurį norite bendrinti. Šoninėje juostoje įveskite nuotolinio vartotojo vardą ir URL adresą šia forma: „<username>@<oc-server-url>“. Forma automatiškai patvirtins įvestą adresą ir pažymės jį kaip „nuotolinis“. Spustelėkite žymę.

  2. When your local Nextcloud server makes a successful connection with the remote Nextcloud server you will see a confirmation. Your only share option is Can edit.

Click the Share button anytime to see who you have shared your file with. Remove your linked share anytime by clicking the trash can icon. This only unlinks the share, and does not delete any files.

Creating a new federated cloud share via email

Naudokite šį metodą, kai bendrinate su vartotojais, naudojantiais „ownCloud 8.x“ ir senesnes versijas.

If you do not know the username or URL, you can have Nextcloud create the link for you and email it to your recipient.

When your recipient receives your email they will have to take a number of steps to complete the share link. First they must open the link you sent them in a web browser, and then click the Add to your Nextcloud button.

Mygtukas Pridėti prie „Nextcloud“ pasikeičia į formos lauką, kuriame gavėjas turi įvesti savo „Nextcloud“ arba „ownCloud“ serverio URL adresą ir paspausti „Enter“ klavišą arba spustelėti rodyklę.

Toliau jie pamatys patvirtinimo dialogo langą. Viskas, ką jiems reikia padaryti, tai spustelėti mygtuką Pridėti nuotolinį bendrinimą ir viskas.

Susietą bendrinamą failą galite bet kada pašalinti spustelėdami šiukšliadėžės piktogramą. Tai tik atsieja bendrinamą failą ir neištrina jokių failų.
